Refund & Rescheduling Policy – Cannova Luxury Collection LLC

❌ Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by the client. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

πŸ” Rescheduling

Clients are allowed to reschedule one time at no additional cost, provided it is within 30 days of the original appointment. After this period, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

βœ… Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Cannova Luxury Collection LLC needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

🧹 Property Condition Requirements

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is fully prepared and photo-ready at the time of the appointment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Beds made

  • Furniture arranged neatly

  • Clutter removed from visible areas

  • Dishes put away and countertops cleared

  • Floors vacuumed or swept

If the property is not in a clean and presentable condition upon arrival, a $150 rescheduling and inconvenience fee will be charged, and the session will be rescheduled. We reserve the right to decline shooting a property that is not ready.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the session. Your date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
